"The staff was very accommodating when out flight was majorly delayed. The room was very clean and they recommended Egg River for breakfast, which was so good. If we were to come back we would have no problems staying here again."

Staff is horrible except one gal we helped remove a squatter. Will never stay again. We left a day early and stayed in Ellensburg. "

"Room was small but super clean and well equipped. The rooftop bar has an amazing view but I wish they would serve drinks up there. They make you go to the bar on the ground floor, buy your drink and then take it up yourself. You even have to close your tab every time you get a drink. I think they're missing a lot of business. I would have stayed at the rooftop a lot longer but going up and down the elevator gets old after a while. Aside from that it's a great hotel and I will definitely stay there again. I just might go have a drink elsewhere."
