"I had a great stay at Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5. What stood out the most was how smooth and convenient everything was thanks to the contactless check-in and check-out. It made the whole experience feel effortless, especially after a long journey. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient for Heathrow. Overall, a very practical and stress-free stay — exactly what you need when traveling. Would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms are clean. They provide free decent breakfast. It’s very convenient to be able to catch 703 shuttle bus to Heathrow Airport (LHR) right in front of the hotel for only 1.50 pounds per person. The restaurant/Bar across the street offers decent Thai food and drinks! "

"The rooms were lovely and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including good tea and coffee facilities. The spa area was fantastic — although the pool was on the smaller side, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We both had back massages, which were absolutely worth it, and there’s a really relaxing space to unwind in afterwards. The gym is compact but has all the essential equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions. We also dined in the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The bar area was great too — a really nice place to relax in the evening."

"There was a wedding party in the main hall which was so noisy that it was hard to sleep and also had to pay for parking when we're staying over at the hotel"

"Stayed as we had an early flight the night day. Unfortunately our room had a connecting door, and from 4am our neighbours spoke very loudy so we all felt awful the following morning. We booked a family room for 4 of us, but only had towel and mugs for 2 and when I asked for extra mugs was told I could only have 2! Breakfast was ok. Also a note for future guests. There is no complimentary water and the vending machine is very confusing to use, so we nipped to the petrol station over the road."
