Courteous Staff, very clean room. Snacks in the bar were great especially the king prawns in garlic. This is not a hotel - it is a room in a personal house. Despite showing private bathroom it isn't, cat food was stored in a broken wardrobe, there was no bedside table or lamp, and no fire door or smoke detector in room. Owner's kids loud downstairs - it is not a good set up.
