This was our 5th time staying here. We will definetely be back next year. It is such a great time relaxing, sitting around the fire and looking at the stars.
We stayed here with our church youth group while on a service trip. It was perfect for us. The youth and chaperones all agreed that it was a neat addition to our adventure. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating for our stay. Hoping this works out as an anual trip!
The stay was all that we hoped, very comfortable place, large enough for our family of 10 and provided views and walks along the property to keep us occupied when not resting and spending time in the house.
Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. 1st VRBO that looked secluded and actually was that we stayed at. Complete privacy. Definitely want to get back to this one.
Absolutely gorgeous. Peaceful, all amenities provided. Home away from home. Cell service was non excitant but the lodge had wifi. Looking forward to going there again.
We were looking for a last minute getaway with my family, my parents, and our dogs. Thankfully we found this place!! It was perfect for us. It is very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. There is a lot of room for the dogs to run. They absolutely loved their vacation too.
A beautiful cabin tucked back in the mountains. Very welcoming and felt like home. Plenty of room inside and outside. The porch is amazing. Our lastnight there the skies were clear and saw so many stars. The owners where very helpful and easy checknin and out.
We enjoyed this beautiful , quiet log cabin in the woods. The house has WiFi and everything you need. Just a reminder to print out directions to the cabin because you will have no cell service. This was an awesome way to unplug and enjoy nature.
The cabin was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our extended family (4 adults, 4 teens, and a child). Four bedrooms and a loft had plenty of sleeping places, but an extra bathroom would have been nice. The cabin was quiet and we loved the trails in the woods. Just be aware, that if you are not totally comfortable with having dead animals up on the wall, this might not be the place for you.
This has been our go-to place for Girls Weekend for the last 3+ years - we wouldn't go anywhere else! The peace and quiet, the awesome and comfy cabin, and a bonfire every night is just what we need to unwind and relax! The cabin has everything you can possibly need, and then some! We love hanging out on the porch and watching all the wildlife, walking some of the trails, watching some movies, squeezing in a nap or 2 and just chilling out. There's no better place to clear your head and just unplug for a few days. The owners are AWESOME, and so grateful that we can enjoy their slice of heaven! Next 2 trips have been booked, and we're already looking forward to going back.
My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay on Sunday afternoon. Upon arriving we noticed this was more than just a cabin. The lodge is nestled between the mountains in the valley surrounded by trees. Entering the lodge we were greeted with stunning amenities and a well thought out Christmas theme. The inside was spotless. Very spacious with 5 bedrooms. It was so peaceful you can hear a pin drop. Studying online training for a pilots license so this was just what I needed. The host, Darcy was a pleasure to work with. Got some great drone footage of the area’s surrounding the lodge. We will definitely be back in warmer weather. Thanks so much for sharing your peace on earth with us.
This lodge was absolutely amazing. Pictures don't do it justice! The lodge was perfectly decorating to fit the cabin theme. Loved all of the little touches in each room. Everything you possibly need is avaialabe. We cooked full meals each day and had every pit, pan, utensil we needed. Although we didn't get to experience the outside property as much as we planned due to the extremely high winds on our stay, we did take a short walk through the fields and one of the paths along the stream. Being on the 1000 acre property was like being in heaven - no cell coverage, surrounded by nature and family. My family of 12 and our fur babies fit very nicely without feeling like we were on top of each other and had an amazing weekend together.
Oh and the porch, absolutely beautiful- I need toncome back again on a day i can enjoy rocking on the rocking chairs without being blown away.
Pups loved being able to run just as if we were home!!!
Darcy was absolutely a pleasure to work with - everything was easy and excellent communication.
We will definitely return!
