"We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "

We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon.
