"Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! If I could give this property more than five stars, I would. The staff was absolutely extraordinary — warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay, and their hospitality truly stood out. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was beautiful, well-maintained, and created such a wonderful atmosphere. And the room… OMG! 😍 It was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The food was also very good, and I was especially impressed by the prices. For the quality of the accommodations, service, property, and overall experience, the value was exceptional. Honestly, if there is something better than this, it would be hard to imagine. This is the kind of place you leave already thinking about when you can come back. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful property, incredible hospitality, and an amazing overall experience."

"We enjoyed the pool and the waterslide. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the breakfast. We arrived early and were able to register early. They have parking, They provided towels for the pool. There is seating around pool and a terrace for outside seating also. Water was available. We were very comfortable. Highly recommend."

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The property is so awesome. We had a family group of 16 ages 5-70 and every single one of them loved it. Besides being beautiful, the set up is perfect for a large group. We had very "competive" volleyball games in the pool, paddle boarding fun, kids learned to kayak, made smores around the firepit, and cant forget the unBELIZEable food at all the restaurants in Hopkins. The photographer they recommended for family photos was so professional, kind, and wonderful. Cannot wait to see the end results! Ellen checked in on us frequently to ensure everything was going OK. Such a lovely person. Not a single negative thing that any of us have to say. Thank you!! This was a family vacation that none of us will forget!!"

"Everything about this family holiday exceeded our expectations! The hosts were and property are both top notch! The home is well equipped and comfortable, though honestly we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, bar, and town of Hopkins. The hosts had great adventure recommendations , and the adventure staff couldn’t have been better. We absolutely loved Villa Rising Sun and our hosts!10/10"

"Our stay at Parrot Cove was nothing short of amazing. From breathtaking views to delicious breakfast, this place was top notch. The staff was more than helpful when we faced a significant delay at the airport that put us getting in much later than anticipated. Yoli went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and setting up someone to be there when we arrived after hours. The breakfast was so good: traditional Belizean breakfast with the freshest fruit I have ever had. Beds were extremely comfortable and the AC about froze us out of the room. Overall, 10/10 on the stay. I will be back to Hopkins and, specifically, Parrot Cove."
