Sailboat Point by Lake Martin Vibe Realty
10/10 Excellent
"Great property. Rental agency was on top of any question or issue we had. House needed a working TV and Heather was great about all of our asks."

The Bayou Lodge 11 br 9 ba is great for family gathering & conferences !
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great extended-family weekend at the Bayou Lodge located in great area on Lake Martin!! If you bring your own water toys, there is boat launch nearby and the boathouse and dock easily accommodates 2 boats and 2 wave-runners. There is very comfortable outdoor furniture on all the porches and decks and a fire pit for night time S’mores. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil or gadget you need for family dinners and other entertaining like our granddaughter’s First Birthday celebration. All the bedrooms are spacious and almost all have private baths. There are so many separate areas for sitting and relaxing that each generation can find their own spot in this house. The hosts were very helpful throughout the planning and check in process and we had no need to contact them during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for any large group including either a family reunion or corporate weekend retreat."
Big Water View- Lake Martin-Sunset Station!
8/10 Good
"The view was excellent .The fishing from the dock was a challenge but overall ok. The problem with the property was the overall condition. The flooring was coming up in the hallways, there was mold in the drip coffee pot, the rockers on the back deck were coming apart, and a lot of old or out of condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets. I think the house really needs a small renovation to address the issues and more comfortable chairs on the back porch. Also the wooden steps off the porch need a serious cleaning. Overall the stay was ok but a little over priced for what it’s described as."

Eagle's View by Lake Martin Vibe, pets ok!
10/10 Excellent
"Unfortunately, an unexpected high fever hit our son right before his 11th birthday weekend, and we had to cancel the lake trip he had been so excited to share with his buddies. Needless to say, there were some very disappointed kids—and parents!Although the rest of us never got the chance to truly experience this beautiful home, my husband did stay for one night so he could pack up our boat and get it into storage. We have stayed in many different Lake Martin homes throughout the summer, and when he came home, his exact assessment was that this was THE NICEST place we would have stayed all summer. Coming from him, that is very high praise! We were genuinely so disappointed that illness kept us from enjoying the home the way we had planned, because it was clear that it would have been the perfect place for such a special weekend. We are already hoping to circle back in the spring and give our son the 11th-birthday lake trip with his buddies that he missed.Thank you for opening such a wonderful home and sharing it with families like ours. Lake Martin is one of our very favorite places—a place where our family always seems to slow down, reconnect, and make some of our best memories. We only wish we could have made those memories here this time around, but hopefully this was simply a rain check. We would absolutely love the opportunity to come back and truly enjoy this beautiful place!"
