"Room was clean & comfortable ( HVAC worked well) . There was a cracked window. When I notified them about the window they arrived quickly to check, told me it had been reported previously. The room had been updated BUT bath tub is from the 70’s ( blue) and there is paint missing from radiators and baseboard. The entry carpet is a well worn industrial type carpet, Even though the room has been redone it appears rustic and not modern. N When I had streaming issues with the TV he also arrived quickly to show me what I had done wrong. TV worked well after. The breakfast items ran out just after 8:00AM and did not get replenished before we left about 9AM. Shouldn’t advertise an included breakfast if there is not sufficient quantity. Overall not good value for the money spent but to be fair it is a busy week in the Adirondacks (leaf peppers) and all properties raise the rates."

"This is an old motel and lots of cabins on site. NO staff there so you check in online. Room was very clean and comfortable. Right on the water so there is a small beach and the view is wonderful. Close to restaurants. It is old so if you're picky , you'll notice its age. The curtains didn't close so that is an issue and there is no one on site to fix things like that."

"We had a wonderful three-day stay at this VRBO. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was especially nice—clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.The accommodations were comfortable, the property was welcoming, and everything was just as described. The hosts were also very accommodating and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We would be happy to stay here again!"
