The laundry was small, slow, and expensive, with a queue of other travelers, so just went down the street to 39 Laundry which had much larger and more efficient machines, just fyi. "

"The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here "
