"Excellent location, helpful staff and very welcoming, very comfortable room. If I go back to Osaka I’ll stay with them again."

"The hotel is above a subway station so pretty convenient. The room is quite small but has everything I need. They have free water, beer, tea and some other drinks in the mini refrigerator. The major issue I have for my stay is that their WIFI is not fast enough for video streaming, especially during peak hours at night. Also note that they do NOT refund breakfast fees if you book for 2 adults (stupid Expedia default value) but just you check in."

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Good location and breakfast"

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"Staff were great and most spoke english very well. Bar area was excellent with the addition of a pool table. Rooms were fantastic, clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast coffee was well appreciated. Only downfall was the lack of washer/dryers, there is simply not enough and we found we had to go very late at night then wait for the 2 hour cycle only to have it not dry the clothes properly. But all in all a fabulous stay in a great location close to train stations and Hanshin...

"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"Maybe faster wifi download"

"The executive floors were beautiful. The views in the lounge are amazing. The onsen was lovely as well."
