Staff was great. Location is amazing. Walking distance to Osaka station. 1 stop to shin osaka, did all my day trips with no hassle.. Shopping center just below and much more.. everything you need.. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also the train station is very close with choice of 2 stations. Rooms are very small with basic amenities and no pool. Have a breakfast restaurant on-site but very expensive. I would give it a better rating if they had a n affordable restaurant on-site especially for basic breakfast and snacks

This property is right above shopping center and restaurants. Very convenient and location is excellent. Right next to train station. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Will come back stay in this hotel when come to Osaka.

It was very convenient from Kansas airport because there are buses to stop right in front of the hotel. Also if we need to go to buy argent stuff you can go to Yodobashi camera to get as well. Also, I really liked breakfast because you can enjoy a lot of meals but especially I enjoyed Japanese food more!

First time staying there was a little hard to find the hotel lobby to check in. Advice to watch some YouTube to get some idea on how to find this place. But after staying there for a day, got pretty easy after. It’s a very nice place to stay in Osaka. Very convenient to catch the trains and if you want something to eat, there’s a market in the basement of Yodobashi (B1 floor) or tons restaurants down there. It’s so convenient that Yodobashi is just a floor down on the escalator in the lobby. On my next trip to Osaka will be at this hotel.
