"Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others."

We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend. "
