Newly furnished gated condo in an outstanding location, with easy punch code access and elevator. Private assigned parking. Found on Lake Hamilton’s main channel, with access to a private covered boat slip. Only 6 miles away from downtown: great for biking and hiking enthusiasts, includes various fine-dining options, countless stores, and the famous Hot Springs Bathhouses. This condo is dog-friendly and sleeps 6 people: 2 king-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy a family game night cozied up next to the electric fireplace, in our newly furnished living room with games, books, and movies provided. Also kick back and relax on one of our two decks, overlooking Lake Hamilton with stunning views of the sunset and fireworks. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, with breathtaking sunset views of lake hamilton, bathroom with soaker tub and dual-vanity, and straight access to the deck. Living room includes large smart screen TV, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, each including a premium TV package including sports. Other amenities comprise of a fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar, a barbecue grill on deck, access to a fishing pier, sun deck, pool, sauna, hot tub, and club house, all essential to having an enjoyable vacation stay. Very Comfortable

This was a last minute trip for my son and I, we lived in Hot Springs up until 3 years ago so we are very familiar with all areas the town. This is a great area and very convenient to downtown. This condo was so comfortable and the views were really nice.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Everything about the property was fantastic. Check-in process was simple, the place was very clean, and the view was awesome. Also, the location is a plus - you get the lake views along with the convenience to explore downtown or visit the national park trails. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Our family stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The condos share a pool and hot tub which was great for the kids. It has a great view of the lake and is close to the Marina. We loved it! heMarina

Wonderful Stay

This property was fantastic! It really looks like the pictures. The windows are awesome letting in so much light. The size is extremely good with a great layout. I would definitely stay again. Communication with Liz was excellent.

Great Condo with Lots of Space

Condo was very spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Super clean and updated, plus my family really enjoyed the variety of premium TV options. Very quiet and gated community was a plus. We would stay here again for sure!

End of Summer vacation

Loved the views of the lake from the Master bedroom and dining room. Condo was clean, comfy, and the area was quiet. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Loved that there was a grill on the patio and stocked kitchen to cook meals instead of eating out all the time. We will book again when in the area.

Highly recommend this condo! This is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Loved it. Location is amazing, view of the lake, gated community, quiet, plenty of room to spread out. They have everything you need and we hope to come back!

We had a lovely time at Hamilton Hideaway! Even before our arrival Liz sent us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The condo was lovely and clean and stocked with anything you might need. The view was very pretty. We will be back!!

Perfect Property for Hot Springs Get-Away

Beautiful property! Gorgeous windows / view. Convenient elevator. Really enjoyed the balcony patio. Beds very comfortable. Appreciated availability of Keurig coffee maker. Enjoyed the nice hot jet-bathtub. Nice open grassy area on side of building for our dogs. Great communication from owner— available for all my questions.

Great Lakeside Stay

We had a great experience at Liz's Lake Hamilton Property. First of all, Liz was a great host, and checked on us regularly. The property felt like home from the minute we walked in the door. The decor was so welcoming. The master bed was a dream to sleep in. The condo was very clean and had all the things we needed to cook. The views from the balconies were breathtaking. We stayed over fourth of July weekend, and we had unobstructed view of the fireworks from the property. We took advantage of the condo pool during our stay which was small but never very crowded. We also rented a boat and having a boat dock to use for the property was a definite plus. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back in the future!

Everything was as described and better. Only trouble we had was that we were told we could park our motorcycle trailer in the parking lot. Not true - Condo rules do not allow more than 24 hours for any trailer. Will need to store the trailer off site next time.

Beautiful Property

We loved this condo. It was so clean, so pretty, and big enough for everyone. This condo has everything you need in it. I would book here again. The location is close enough to downtown.

Family Stay

Nice condo just south of town. Clean and well appointed. It's in the middle of the complex and we could hear the people above us. It's also close to HWY 7 and we could hear some traffic. It was also expensive, as they charged us for the condo plus a cleaning fee and pet fee.
