This single level single family home offers 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms features a King sized bed and a flatscreen TV. There is a master bath attached with a big walk in shower. The second bedrooms features a Queen sized bed and a reclining chair. There is no TV in this room. The Third bedrooms features a Queen sized bed and a reclining chair. There is no TV in this room either. There is a second full bathroom located in between the 2 guest bedrooms.
Open concept living room/ kitchen with a sunroom and access to back deck where you will find a gas grill and an outdoor table with some chairs for sitting out and enjoying a beautiful sunny day.

Please Note: There are 2 outdoor security cameras aimed at the driveway and the sidewalk looking out to the street.

This property is walking distance to Herradura trail which is a 0.4 mile trail

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
