"Thank you for the communication on the sofa sleeper it came in handy."

"Condo was nice, clean and simple. Good for a ski in/out on a family friendly easy ski area. Note jacuzzi in main image picture is not in unit and is in common area."

"A comfortable and clean condo. The room air conditioner was appreciated for nighttime sleeping. We enjoyed the Bistro bar and restaurant. A lot of time was spent outdoors on the patio and by the firepit. A calm and relaxing stay. Beautiful Mountain View’s and a lot of wildlife sightings."

"What a sweet spot! Beautiful scenery and place to stay. Very clean and lots of cozy details from super soft floor mats to extra hot tub towels. We stayed one nightand got cinnamon rolls which were good. Dale was very responsive and helpful. There were hummingbirds buzzing, wildflowers, quiet cool mountain air. I left feeling refreshed! Look in the brown book for check out details (we failed to do so and Dale was gratuitous when we told her as we left that we didn’t see check out information.)"

"Everything was PERFECT!!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!"

"Matthew was an awesome host. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!"

"The condo was clean and well furnished, just very hot. There are fans in the closet - it’s no fault of the owner - just unusually hot temperatures in Colorado. They were repaving this week - so a few challenges getting in & out - but looks great now :)"

"Great location near the lakes and Rocky. Short drive to town."

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's perfect for our needs. Great location, clean, nice, excellent neighborhood."

"Great value near RMNP. Super deck with great views and wildlife. We especially enjoyed the hummingbirds and chip monks. Cabin was cozy with all the amenities you might need."
