"Don't be fooled by the 8.6 rating. The service here was incredibly disappointing. We arrived at 11:30 PM to a room that wasn’t prepared for 4 people—no hand soap, not enough towels, and not enough pillows. The staff's handling of this was completely unacceptable. I am currently on crutches with a broken leg in a cast, and when I finally reached the night receptionist on my third phone call, I was told I had to come down to the lobby myself to get the missing items because housekeeping was closed. No effort was made to help an injured guest. To make matters worse, I asked the morning reception desk for towels again at 10:00 AM. They promised to send them up, but an hour later, we checked out having received absolutely nothing. We understand staff get tired, but 11:30 PM is a normal check-in time and paying guests should be treated with basic respect. Will not stay here again."

"Do not book. Not worth the money even if it was free. Sadly was placed in a room that smelt like rotten meat. Surpassed it but then the TV wasn’t working. So then I went to go as for an another room, just for the door not to open properly. Once finally got inside the room, there was no smell this time but then the TV also didn’t work again. Gave up asking and just dealt with the one night stay. They tried to make the rooms more new which was good upgrade, but ideally a tv that doesn’t work whatsoever and the constant moving around was annoying"

"On the criteria listed by Expedia, I gave this hotel excellent marks. However, I probably would not stay in it again. I was interested in the pool, but it proved to be the size of an oversized hot tub... It was small enough that I didn't care to join the couple already in it. The mini fridge was tiny -- smaller than any I've seen in a college dorm. And my third floor room had a view of the trucks passing on the adjacent interstate, plus (worse) their sounds. I would recommend requesting a room on the side of the hotel facing away from the interstate. The coffee and tea options were fine in the morning; nothing else looked palatable, except for the fresh oranges. In fairness, the hotel said it only offered a "continental breakfast," but it was an unimpressive one. In sum, if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep for a night or two, it probably would be a decent option, assuming you land in a room away from the adjacent interstate traffic."
