I reserved. A king size bedroom was given a queen size bedroom. The room was still dirty. Had to go to the main lobby and replace that room and the room was still disgusting

Front desk Staff, Friday, was super nice to us at checkin. Other staff were friendly. Clean. The pool area was clean and the pool was decent size. Breakfast is not breakfast, it's bread, yogurt and coffee, but better than nothing. My only issue is that I was charged my full stay upon check-in and I was also charged the entire amount again on check out , I have been sending messages for several days with no response to get back the overcharge and have not got a response. Hopefully this review will help push them towards responding to my multiple inquiries to being double charged...

Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room Floor’s Weren't cleaned. I’ve machine was out of service on 4th floor as was one elevator. Hotel was conveniently located off the highway, across from grocery store, wine and liquor store and pizza restaurant for last minute needs.

This property has seen better days. The bathroom faucets leak, the shower drains slowly, and the wallpaper is peeling. The TV had a problem; the front desk guy came up and fixed it. The following night, we had a problem with the key and changed rooms. The woman at the front desk was very nice and offered to move us to a different room. Our bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The most important thing after long days. Also, the front automatic door didn't work. Not the best presentation on entering! Your staff helped make up for some of the problems. They were very apologetic and friendly... and did everything they could to make things right.

The hotel pictures are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The bathroom, bed, and door locks were all in poor condition. Unfortunately, there was nothing positive I could say about the room or the overall experience. The only good thing about this hotel is its easy access to the highway. Not recommended.

The property was in a run down neighborhood. When we arrived we could hear the thumping of music from downstairs. The front door did not work properly and one of the elevators was out of order. The room was fairly clean but looked run down. There was only one bath towel provided for a double queen room. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows was good. The thermostat was halfway off the wall but the room cooled nicely. We were on the 6th floor so could not hear the music from the basement. The parking area was poorly lit as we arrived quite late. The staff was nice but a bit hard to understand.

Poorly laid out meal breakfast. First room we were offered was dirty. Second room we were offered didn’t have enough towels. The second room we were offered also did not have lightbulbs in the lamps. The hotel staff were nice of course in the swimming pool was partially available but clean. Not it turned out not to be a Marriott hotel as it was listed.
