"Wow! What an amazing home! (Sorry long post...) Our family enjoyed our time together on the water using the kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets provided. This house is truly exceptional. The master suite shower is handicap accessible. This was a major reason we decided on this home. The walk down to the dock was easy for my husband to navigate. The dock was large enough to accommodate our group. We absolutely loved it!The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook meals for your family. It had every appliance we needed and was stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and even had a stocked spice rack available. The house had a stocked coffee bar that was a big hit with our family. The butlers pantry had a toaster and other small appliances available for us to use.Every bedroom had ample charging capability with USB power strips. The master bedroom even had a device charging station in case you need to collect children's devices for charging at night. The property owners have truly thought of everything!The house information book provided on the counter contained recommendations for stores and restaurants close by. We enjoyed eating at the marina and the Mexican restaurant while we were there. They both were within a 15 minute drive. Some of us went hiking on one of the Bankhead trails one day. Our last night, we gathered around the big table to play some of our favorite games we had brought. We noticed that some were also available at the house."

"Every detail was covered! It was a wonderful few days on the lake. Cooking great food, watching movies, playing games, and swimming off the dock were all amazing experiences for our family, including a 15 month old! Great times!!! Thank you so much - we can’t wait to return next summer!!!"

"Very comfy. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Beds were nice. I appreciated the items provided- detergent/soaps/garbage bags/etc. This house was very woodsy. I liked the trail to dock. Less steps than our house last summer."

"This is a great house on Smith Lake! This is our second stay and would consider renting again if it is available. Last time we stayed the water had a terrible smell but the owner informed me before we booked that the issue had been resolved. It was much better this time, there was no smell from the water. We did have a few issues that the owner was quick to respond to. There was also much more items available for use this time which is great to see! It is perfectly positioned in a relatively quiet spot on the lake making it nice and relaxing. We went during 4th of July and it was much busy than in past years but the water was still pretty calm. Overall a great place to stay. Perfect for large families or multiple families to stay together."
