The staff and management are amazing! Really great and accommodating I think the owners should address some of the maintenance issues with the property. Our room was great and updated shower. The breakfast is not what is pictured on the advertisement of Expedia .

Thay advertise a continental breakfast there wasn't any breakfast at all that's the only thing I didn't like and the elevator was down besides that the room was clean the bed was soft and nice in the restrooms were clean and the pool is dirty

Everything was very nice and beautiful. Upstairs clients were very loud & stomping until almost 5-6 in the morning. The front desk staff were very nice & helpful, housekeeping not so much. They couldn't wait to get us out of there & made rude comments & faces when we left.

The hotel common areas were dirty, our children outlets did not have covers on the leaving a big safety hazard, elevators out of order, ice machine out of order, no breakfast as advertised. Honestly I’ll be requesting my money back due to false advertising, dirty conditions and safety hazards.

Until I was there they let me know where under construction, I also understood the price was ok but it dosent look like the pictures. The elevator wasn’t working, their breakfast was milk / cereal/ coffee but was old the times I tried . The toilet but situation besides I let know at the front desk , but they never put attention to the areas I ask. No pool, public restrooms first floor out services. Holes in the bed sheets. My bedroom have a microwave but no where I can plugged. They offer me to change the room but it was almost the same situation. I stayed for 5 nights. Very disappointed.
