    Neighborhood: Walk to the city’s top restaurants, art galleries, parks, shopping, & breweries. Central location is a mile north of downtown and just minutes to Houston’s top destinations. On the main bus lines, bike/walking paths, closest light rail station is White Oak, Uber/Lyft plentiful here, and we’re just off major highways. Home is on a quiet street with plenty of privacy.

    Townhouse: Built in 2019, 3 bed, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, roof deck, back patio, 3 levels

    First floor: chef’s kitchen with Bosch appliances and gas range, dining room, living room with 100% Italian leather sofa and a 64” Amazon Fire television to stream your favorite shows. Also a half bathroom as well as a charming and private back patio off the dining room. Large, powerful ceiling fan in living room.

    Second Floor: Luxurious primary suite with king size bed, an adjacent full bath and a large walk-in closet, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with a full sized bed. Also, laundry room, full bath, and linen closet. All bedrooms have large, powerful ceiling fans.

    Third Floor: open space often used for excercise, yoga, and Pilates, rooftop deck, and full bath
