This hotel is amazing. The staff checks on you to see if they can help in any way. They are very friendly and always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. The breakfast is the best. I have stayed her 2 separate times and I plan on going back there again. 10/10 for me at this hotel

I went to Houston for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday and we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and spacious. Most importantly the price was affordable! When I go back to Houston I definitely plan on returning to this hotel. Only suggestion I would give to others is to make sure to rent a car! There aren't walkable restaurants near this hotel, due to lack of sidewalks. Other than that, 10/10

The hotel was very nice. The problem I had I stop by asked for housekeeping to clean the room, since we were out all day for football. Housekeeping failed to clean the room, we didn’t have any clean towels , trash wasn’t taken out. On top of that the power went out it was cold on lastnight. I was curious why a nice hotel didn’t have a back up generator?

Two of your customers cars got broken into so me and my family had to put together to pay for security in your parking lot if this was a known problem why you all don't have security that's a shame I think the hotel should have security we was down for a funeral we should not had to worry about our cars on your property where we paid to stay
