The condition of the hotel is average as expected. However, the bathroom needs to be renovated badly. . It's so old and looks dirty because of the wear and tear even though it’s clean. Quick check-in very nice room a block or so from the freeway, so it was quiet, yet easy access. Seemed to be a very safe area. Breakfast was juat to my liking - eggs, sausage and waffles. I think this will become our new stay of choice on our trips to Houston now.
