Spacious Heights home located minutes from downtown! Freeway access just blocks away. Enjoy the comfort of the city but in a quiet neighborhood in the highly respected Heights / Houston.

Our space includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with 4 beds. Our home has high end finishes with beautiful decor and furniture. If you seek quality, look no further! One guest bedroom is currently used as an office however a futon & queen air-mattress are provided for use.

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. We use a professional cleaning service to make sure we adhere to our high standards for cleanliness. We also provide antibacterial liquid handsoap for all our guests. In additon we offer a flexible cancellation policy as we know given these uncertain times that travel plans can change quickly.

Overall this property was close to all the activities we were doing, definitely got cold when needed. Rooms were very nice, spacious for the guests and overall a good neighborhood. Definitely going to stay here next time I come back travel out there!

The property was great for what we needed. The bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have extra bathrooms. The home was equipped with everything needed for your stay. Wow this house was exactly what we needed to really get to know the city of houston. Everything was within 10 min ..theres literally a bar next door which we didnt even notice where the sangrias are heavenly. The rooms were clean, AC worked, nice spacious layout ..i mean everything was exactly as described. I cant wait to cme back and stay there again.

Bryant was great and was in constant communication if we needed anything. the home was nice with updated interior and garden space for the kids and dogs. Easy access to freeways from the location and lots of food and delivery services. Was very pleased with our stay and our host, thanks, Bryant!

The house is in a great area close to highways and lots of local food spots. It is not a 4 bedroom it’s a 3 but that office space leave room for a blow up bed. The home overall was nice. My only thing I would say is upholstery on the furniture is needed lots of soil marks takes away from the cleanliness of the home but it is a lovely home no doubt !

A group of college girlfriends and our daughters came into town for a girls weekend to see Taylor Swift. The house was perfectly located in the Heights area, even had an amazing local bar two doors down. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed including paper products and coffee. The porch and yard were perfectly sized to enjoy a cocktail outdoors. The beds were all very comfortable and linens great quality. This house is a 10/10 and we will definitely stay here when we return to Houston. Check in/access was painless.

Our NY family returned to Houston for the first time in years to meet up with Texas side of family. The house in the Heights offered us a comfortable, clean, complete space for us to work from home, plus cook and rest before/after our many reunions with a big family. Bryant, the host was helpful, friendly and responsible. The big kitchen and bathrooms had new appliances and the host provided many amenities that we could not bring. We are so pleased with this VRBO home that we all recommend it to others in search of a great home for large families. Thanks again, Bryant!

This house was just as it was in the pictures. Very clean. Everything we needed. Owner was super nice and easy to get a hold of. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is a few small things. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible because the one of the bulbs was out, both of the bathroom doors had loose handles that made it hard to lock, and both nights we stayed we went to bed with the thermostat at 70 and in the middle of the night it would crank up on its own and we would all wake up hot and miserable. Other than those things it really was a great house.

There was biological aftermath on the master room bed sheets. The electricity stopped working in the master and we had to leave work to meet an electrician as the property owner did not return calls. This property and its electrical devices (tvs, fans, WiFi, etc.) need maintenance. Cherry on top, my phone detected a hidden camera. It was a roof over our heads but that’s about it.
