"The hotel, rooms and breakfast are excellent. The only bad thing was the front desk guy at night, he was very rude, the system was out and we were not able to check in, it took almost 2 hours, we were tired but still we understood it was no ones fault, still the guy was very rude and very sarcastic. Thank God I reserved with Expedia, they were great on the phone and they help me with the rude guy. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back."

"The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky.
