"The curb appeal was terrible, and the pool needed a light fixed. I was there Monday thru Friday and it still wasn’t fixed. I planned on swimming on my stay . I had to go to another facility and paid in order to swim. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The kitchen staff was nice."

"There was a small issue with one of my room bookings, however the staff offered us a $20 credit to use which was very appreciative. The rooms were comfortable, smelled very good. Hyatt will be my go to for traveling from now on. "

"I stayed in different locations at holiday inn and suites and this one is the best , easy to get around stores, staff are really nice Good Breakfast included.
The only part i would like to change it is the acondicionador. It is loud.
But the rest is nice for a quick stay."
