Please be sure you take out this untrue service at the hotel information out from your system. This is truly misleading information. And this is main reason I booked this hotel for my trip. "

"Stayed in this hotel twice within 2 years, staff are always polite and rooms are cleaned well. Location is excellent with two different MTR stations within 5 minutes walk. Only thing can be better is that after 11pm the adjoining hotel back entrance with the Moko shopping centre closes therefore you cannot walk directly through the Moko. Instead you need to walk partially through the shopping centre and around the side of the building to the main entrance, which takes a few minutes longer especially after a tired day out. "

I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. It was a bit noisy and the tank had to be empty three times in 2 days. Thats probably the only problem. Also toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased. That felt a bit unnecessary "
