The whole hotel was immaculate. Pool and health club area was excellent, room was very clean and we may have been upgraded as I originally booked a city view and we received a harbour view. Dockyard bar/restaurant area is a great addition as well. Would wholly recommend this hotel!

All the staffs from the front desk to the cleaning ladies are extremely friendly. They also have a curtesy service to keep our luggages for 30 days free of charge after we already check out and went on a tour.

Very happy with everything, although the staff at the restaurant on the 7th floor were not as warm as the rest of the staff, a little unwelcoming. The room and view were fantastic and we would return to this hotel again for sure.

The hotel is a little out of the city so I wouldn't reccomend it as a base to explore Hong Kong. The boats across stop quite early so you cant get back easily. The hotel itself is super clean and the staff are amazing. I had a grest stay for a business trip and a conference at the hotel.
