Great friendly service at checkin. The room was very nice and clean. You can hear next door quite a lot and air conditioning in the room was weak, so the room felt a little too warm to sleep comfortably. Apart from that itbwas faultless

I personally think that the carpeted rooms are kind of outdated, have you considered replacing them with hardwood? The room# 1204 I stayed last night was alright overall considering the room rate per night, but the shower areas can be a bit upgraded.

Parking garage was not very convenient. I parked on B4 and then had to take my luggage with me to B3 to enter my car license plate number, then back on the elevator with my luggage to B4 to get my car. Staff did the minimum amount of service and did not try to resolve issues. All in all, it was ok, not great and not terrible.
