Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!

It’s 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Hotel staff very friends. Hotels offer free wash and dryer which was super helpful. Walk to many restaurants. Would recommend for a quick stay!

滞在中にもう1泊宿泊を延長したくて、フロントに同じ部屋で宿泊延長できるか翻訳アプリ使って交渉したらOKしていただきました このホテルでは、台北では最近少なくなってきた無料朝食がデフォルトでついてます。魯肉飯が美味しく、あとは野菜、ソーセージ、ミートボール、パンとジャム、マーガリンなどありました。薄味好きな私には、台湾のご飯は美味しくいただけました

初めての宿泊です

台鉄新竹駅から本当に近い。電車からホテルが見えます。駅から道路まで、車道と極端に近い場所があるためカート持参しての歩行には注意。 ホテルではおばさん、若い女性、中年男性がそれぞれフロントにいた。 台湾人の友達がチェックインを手伝ってくれたが、おばさん、友達に対しては割と厳しい対応。 台湾のビジホはラブホも兼ねているので、休憩か宿泊かなどを尋ねられていたらしい。 あとのおじさんと若い女性はにこやかな対応でした 部屋はバスルームに髪の毛がいくつか見られた。 ベッドルームはおおむねきれい。全体的に古いが この値段なので、それは致し方ないところです アメニティは綿棒含め揃っていましたが、来年元旦から台湾のホテルは無料のアメニティ提供が終了となります なんでも環境保護のためだとか。 重い荷物持っての移動は何かと不便なので、立地としては文句なしです。また利用すると思います

低劣的服務態度，坐牢般的住宿體驗。

我來這邊渡假三天兩夜，我不懂我買下了這個房間兩個晚上，為何外出還要將鑰匙交櫃檯？這樣很侵犯客人的隱私權，我不希望我的行蹤都被櫃檯掌握，因為我只是來渡假，我也不希望有過多的打擾。 一進房間就發現有未收走髒亂的床單枕頭套，還有依照旅館住宿注意事項並沒有規定不能有訪客，但是櫃台居然限制我不能有朋友來找我，這整個莫名其妙欸，我是來渡假還是被軟禁在這，我都搞不清楚！？要是擔心多帶人過夜，其實可以告知訪客可以停留的時間，而且我們是一大早欸！拜託又不是大半夜的。 櫃臺小姐態度惡劣，如若不喜歡從事服務業建議趁早離開，我也是身為服務業從業人員， 這是我體驗過最低劣的服務。

台鉄の新竹駅からすぐでアクセスが便利です。周辺には飲食店、コンビニ、デパートなど何でもあります。チェックインでは簡単な日本語も交えて大変丁寧に応対して頂きました。施設は古いですが、エアコン、冷蔵庫、ウォーターサーバーなど完備されており、最低限アメニティもそろっていました。朝食は簡単なビュッフェで主食はご飯、お粥、パンがあり、おかずも豊富でした。やさしい辛さの麻婆豆腐が大変美味でした。全体としてコスパがよく、次回の新竹訪問でも利用したいです。
