"Basic motel style but no twin rooms, the price at the place was 600baht for a single and 1200 for a double so we asked to change to 2 singles, which caused mayhem and we kept being put on the phone to someone who spoke English but still said we’d have to pay extra, eventually the lady took us to a suitable room but no top sheets and the bedcover was filthy. The shower was great though and bathroom clean, no bedside lights."

"The room had two empty bottles of beer when we checked in. The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! "My ENTIRE experience at this property was 10 STARS !! I traveled solo for my birthday. I arrived at the property before 11 am. Pippy did not hesitate to allow me to checkin and gain access to my room immediately!! I was also greeted at checkin by Tony (front desk Manager) who presented me with this gorgeous Thai arrangement from which he pulled a bracket, informed me of the Thai tradition and blessing then tied it on my wrist! On my actual birthday, the staff surprised me at my room singing Happy Birthday with cake and candle! I was SPEECHLESS!! I was traveling solo but I definitely did not feel alone! The entire team felt like life-long friends! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant at every single encounter! I will absolutely return to this property. I encourage anyone to treat yourself to experience this perfect oasis in Chiang Rai. You will not regret it."

"Very welcoming staff and the room was a very pleasant surprise. Big and a very big and comfortable bed! 210 cm wide. Didn’t like the frame around the bed as it stuck out like 15-20 cm because very easy to hit it with a leg during the night if go to toilet. Also remote to AC would’ve been nice because the AC was way to loud during the next and if we turned it of it got so hot. Pool was nice. And gym was good too. "
