頂樓房間景觀很好，面對一大片山，很有度假的感覺！樓下客服都很客氣也很幫忙，早餐只有兩種選擇，711餐卷或者是麥當勞餐卷，原本選了麥當勞，但是因為無法步行抵達，後來兩晚都選了隔壁的711兌換卷！民宿位置極優，火車站斜對面，後面有停車位也是一大賣點！缺點是沒有電梯，帶長輩如果住高樓層比較麻煩，房間簡單乾淨，該有的都有，價錢也很優，下回去花蓮還會考慮蘋果樹！

房價很便宜，以這個以這個價格來說，整體配備和服務可以了。 如果僅是要簡單過一夜是會個好選擇。 有附設停車場，樓下也有租車公司方便沒有交通工具的人，旁邊就有7-11很便利。 浴室水壓也強，可以舒服淋浴。

乾淨整潔，地理環境真的不錯，離車站超近。 唯獨半夜牆壁會有持續性的噠噠聲，很像什麼機器發出的聲音，查不到原因，有點惱人。 其餘真的蠻不錯的。
