Small modern building,with modern room (big bed ... king size ?), clean bathroom,fridge and water kettle. Elevator. Located 12 mn away walking from train station, slightly of a main avenue. SOquiet. Plenty of places to eat around. Laundromat 2mn away. Pharmacy around the corner. Easy checkin and checkout. Would stay there again when visiting Hualien

Very solid space. Clean and comfortable. Host was nice and met us at the front door. Unrelated, Taiwan has random steps in side a living space. This room is no exception. My senior aged mother misses this step (in most Taiwanese motels/hotels) -- whether in the living room or bathroom. Overall, pretty good space. I actually stayed in a similar area in Hualien with paid parking across the street. The value is here compared to most other hotels/motels. This is a 4-star and recommend to any traveler looking for a very good quality space.

貼心的女主人

民宿距離火車站很近，對沒開車的旅人， 交通便利。對愛美ㄕ的旅人也很方便。 離開時剛好一陣大雨，民宿女主人主動貼心的提議要開車送我們到車站，究感心。

很棒的服務

離花蓮火車站10幾分鐘路程，周邊有康是美、屈臣氏及餐廳交通方便，房間簡單舒適，該有的盥洗用具都有，如有缺東西跟服務人員反應就會立馬送到房間，很棒的住宿體驗，下次有機會會再入住。

旅館附近很多食店很多款色可以揀，距離花蓮火車站也很近，大概十分鐘行到，旅館主人很熱情，樂意介紹周邊食店及景點。第二天包車往太魯閣國家公園途中見到有空中滑翔傘玩，一家人都有玩，很難忘的經歷，空中很舒服，風景秀麗，而且價錢不貴只是三千台幣一個人
