The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Es demasiado caro para el tipo de habitación que dan,es demasiado básica, el baño es muy sencillo, las cortinas no bloquean, pedimos toallas y nunca las llevaron. El restaurante tiene muy pocas opciones, nada ligero y muy caro. El personal aunque amable es muy rígido y hacen ruido con radios y motos afuera de las habitaciones. En resumen no vale lo que cuesta
