フエ最高のホテル

ビジネス利用ではもったいない。眺めは大変よいです。五つ星のインペリアルに勝るとも劣りません。ですが、客室、会議場すべてリーズナブル。さすがに近所のローカルレストランと同価格とは言えませんが、ミニバーのフダビールも2万5千ドンです。100円程度です。15年前くらいからいつも利用していますけど、外れがありません。ビジネス、観光、すべてにおいて、おすすめします。

Nice hotel not far from Imperial Enclosure

I stayed at the Park View Hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and had three beds, which was great as I travel with my two children. The receptionists are really nice and greeted us with a lovely glass of lemonade. The room was spatious and clean. There's a Coffee and tea maker, fridge and a safe. We had a view of the Citadel from our window and that was nice. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but there is a vegetarian restaurant downstairs, a café and bar that are part of the hotel. For us the only negative was the pool experience. The pool is nice but it's open to the public, so honestly. it's a complete mad house between 4 - 8:30 PM , there are way too many people and it's extremely loud, and this is exactly the time guests would want to cool off after a long day of sightseeing. On the weekends general public also comes early, very early! We were woken at 6 AM by screaming kids at the pool! I really think management should review this policy and make the pool only for guests staying at the hotel. Apart from that it's a great place.

Mooie, schone, ruime en comfortabele kamers. Restaurants en lobby wegens ontbreken airco in de zomer (36 graden) wel warm. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Don't eat the food

Treated terribly by the staff after we reported that both we and our guests got served bad food and fell very ill. It ruined our visit to hue, spent the entire time being sick in bed. They failed to believe us and accused us of lying because they saw us go outside for 5 mins, that we spent buying medicine. Would not even remove the price of the meal in question from the bill. The manager would not even meet with us. Worst hotel stay ever

日本語のわかるスタッフの方がいらっしゃいます。 私が、オートバイ用ヘルメットを紛失した際、一緒に駐車場近辺を探して頂きました。 結局見つからずに、私が弁償用にヘルメットの購入先を伺うと、何とポーターのＤさんが、自分のヘルメットを貸して下さりました。 　とても親切で感激いたしました。 また、スリーピングバスで、フエからダナンまで行きたいと相談すると、レセプションでの予約はできないとの事でしたが、予約事務所の場所を地図にて、丁寧に説明してくださいました。 　その地図を持って道路に出ると警備の方が、私が地図を持っているのに気づき、地図上の５差路、６差路の説明を丁寧に説明してくださいました。 　本当に、感謝です

Hotel close to Hue Central Hospital & Hue Univ

I was there for a week while working at Hue University. It's a very pleasant hotel, with busloads of tour groups coming through. Some tour groups were on the ruder side, screaming in the hallway, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The restaurants are fine, not for everyday. You can sit with the locals outside by the street. It was pouring rain, so swimming wasn't an option. The spa was not busy. The massages were fine, deep tissue in character. Laundry was done in a timely manner. There is a lot of Christmas in all the hotels; this was one of them with a mechanical Santa playing the saxophone in the lobby. Breakfast was good.

A nice hotel for business trips.

I went there in August 2016 for a business trip. The location was convenient with restaurants and bars around. Walking distance to the river side for dining and leisure walk around a small number of shops. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel massage was good, too. Overall good value for money.

A Jewel in Hue

great location,walking distance to market an shops,Staff very pleasant and helpfull,breakfast banquet every day. nice swimming pool,Restaurant and cafe in hotel,heaps of restaurants in local,big clean airy room with balcony and city view,roof top bar. Very comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and helpful around the clock, and the hotel is in a great area of town, very central to everything. Bonne chambre L hotel est un hotel de luxe selon les normes local et est surtout fréquente par des asiatiques Pour l œil européen l entretien et elle ménage de lieux communs laisse à désirer Comment les vietnamiens vivent tot, ils essaient toujours de ranger le petit dej avant l heure et les travaux au marteau piqueur a l étage des clients commencent à 7h sans que cela n émeuve le personnel... Beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité. Hotel vieillissant et austère. Des travaux sont en cours mais gêne occasionnée des 7h du matin. Piscine non valorisée et mal entretenue ( transats et douches casses, toilettes infectent). Personnel assez indifférent. Note positive: petit déjeuner varie et très bon. Bon emplacement.
