"Everyone was extremely friendly and always there to help. It is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood- I traveled alone and felt safe the whole time. Loved the rooftop pool and the availability of drinks. The only thing I would complain about is that the iron didn’t work and the AC fan is loud but nothing that would stop me from coming back !!!"

"The reason I am giving 3 stars only is due to the fact that the air conditioner in my room was not working. I came to this hotel after a long flight to rest and I couldn't rest, the room was extremely hot. I opened the window but it didn't help at all. Housekeeping told me they gave me the "hottest" room. It was unbelievable. My stayed was short, the experience was not good. The room was clean, we'll kept. I loved the airport transfers. It was extremely helpful. The lack of air conditioner was a disappointment."
