"I have rented numerous houses over the last 20 years and this house is easily my favorite. The view was OUTSTANDING. I could see water from darn near every room that I was in. The owners thought of everything from plastic dishes (I have a 9 year old), window/door coverings for complete privacy at night, AC in the garage converted into a game room (which is rare to find), numerous pool toys, and so much more. There were 6 of us and we had PLENTY of room. I really enjoyed just sitting in the living room watching a movie and seeing water views to my left and to my right. Enjoyed watched the jet skiers and boats going by. The sunsets were spectacular! I can't speak about the kitchen too much since we didn't really cook. I prefer not to cook while on vacation. They did have plenty of garbage cans and liners in the kitchen which was nice. Communication with Toni and Tom was superb. Had a few issues at the start and Tom stopped by to address them. Super nice guy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise. Everyone loved the cookies! There was also a case of cold water in the fridge which we appreciated after traveling. The pool was outstanding and we spent MANY hours playing with the basketball pool toy. I really can't say enough about this home except I am already looking at staying here next summer. "

"House is very clean and as described. Pool area and backyard is excellent. We woke up in the morning and had our coffee by the water so peaceful. Neighborhood is quite, a great place to relax and enjoy family on vacation. The little things like dish soap, garbage bags and laundry and dish tabs they provided is such a thought from the owner it makes a difference when tou have some of those items to start your vacation. We would love to stay there again and would recommend house. The beds were a little hard for our comfort but someone else might like the firmness.thats the only thing we didnt care for. Overall excellect stay and location."

"Awesome rental home! The sunsets were spectacular! The pool and seating were absolutely wonderful, as were the many seating areas on the property. It’s the perfect spot for a family or friends vacay. If you have a group of 6 or more, you can’t go wrong with this property!"
"Our family enjoyed staying here so much! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more! The view in the back is beautiful & hosts the perfect nightly sunsets! My husband and I biked around the neighborhood on the bikes provided, attempted to kayak lol, the kids enjoyed the pool daily, the hot tub is amazing, and we enjoyed dinner on the lanai too! It’s also close to many beaches and fun activities! I highly recommend this property and would definitely return!"

"House was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay with all of the thoughtful conveniences. It was immaculate and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the salt water pool.There was a slight issue with the wi fi on the last full day but Diane was very helpful and it was resolved within a few minutes. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay and recommend it to our friends and family"
