Great Family House

We were actually upgraded to another, larger unit, so this review is for the bigger apartment -- which was awesome! Would definitely fit our whole family if we wanted to return with them down the road. Communication with property manager was great going in and during. Would recommend a booklet inside the unit with important info like wifi and check-out procedures. Only complaints were lack of communication after booking ended (I think I left a kindle there and haven't heard back) and construction noise nextdoor which was a bit tough during a vaction (though I guess easily chalked up to #firstworldproblems). Oh! Maybe a personal point, but we didn't love the sheets on two of the beds (the darker set) -- they were rather warm. The unit was well appointed and we would definitely consider a return trip down the road.

Great beach stay

We were upgraded to larger unit due to maintenance issues that made our unit unavailable. This worked perfectly for us. Clean unit, lots of space. We were able to get in early for a small fee. Not fault of property manager but we had a pipe come apart ( was clearly cut too short). A bit of a mess but didn’t ruin the trip and was “fixed” so we could use it w/o problems the rest of the time. Great communication with the property manager. The grill was lit available but did have a George Foreman type of indoor grill that did the job for burgers. Laundry in site and a dedicated parking space was also a big plus. No patio but the beach is only 2 blocks away and we spent all day there. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Loved the Location and the Property

Our family loves visiting the Huntington Beach area for the 4th of July and these accommodations were icing on the cake. The place was newly renovated, clean, and offered plenty of space for my family of five. We would definitely stay here again. Also, I must compliment our host. She was easy to get ahold of, easy to speak to, and very responsive.

Yasmine the was a great host had issues with the unit we booked so she upgraded us to a 3 BR unit could not be happier with everything. She gave great recommendations for dinner and she nailed it.

Great place and location

The property manager was amazing. Although we did not stay in this place due to plumbing issues the manager was quick to let us know and find us another property. The upgrade was amazing at no extra cost. Clean, everything we needed was available from towels to beach accessories. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back as everything was within a short walk from us and made our short weekend great!

Good little place

It was very close to the beach and Main Street, the assigned parking was nice. King bed a little hard, but overall a good little place if you’re looking to spend most of the day at the beach.

Nice unit close to the beach

This is a nice unit that has been lightly remodeled with new flooring and some kitchen upgrades. It is on the 2nd floor so we were able to open the windows and bring in cool air. There was also chairs and other beach items in the unit for our use. The beach is about a 10 minute walk using the stoplight to cross PCH. The neighborhood is great and has extra street parking if needed. The walk to local downtown Huntington Beach is about 15 minutes. but very pleasant. Our family of 6 was snug with the 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom but it worked ok. Yasmine was excellent and very responsive and helpful. I think for the price this is a good unit.

HB Apartment Close to Beach

Jasmine was easy to work with and very quick to respond if we had a question! The pictures online were the same as in person. The apartment is only two blocks from the beach!

Weekend getaway in Huntington Beach

This house was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. My partner and I had friends in town and wanted to stay close by. We found this place and it was perfect for us! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/appliances. It’s very clean, quiet and cozy. I definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay - Great Host

PROS: - Very clean property - Exactly as advertised - Only a 5-6min walk from the beach - Include everything you could need (bougie board, beach chairs, towels, extra seating for the house, kitchen utensils/appliances) - Rooms were spacious and bed were super comfy - Check in & out was seamless - Host is a great communicator and responds immidately. Though I didn't have to contact her after I arrived because the stay was great - Includes an patio are and firepit (not pictured) - Very safe neighborhood CONS: Only thing that was a downside was the internet was slow. Luckily, you're not there to sit in the house all day
