"Rooms were musty and smell damp balcony door was broken. You could see outside through the cracks, hot tub was cold for 3 days, we were there. Carpet was dirty. Our daughter also stayed with her family and their couch sofa bed had mildew on the mattress. Their carpet was damp and smelled moldy."

"I have stayed at this Ayres many times, and one of the reasons I kept going back despite it being far more expensive than the hotel across the street is because the service warranted it. You forgot something? They'll get you a small sample. Need a bottle of water or two? Right at the front desk. Not any more, just be prepared to pay for every little thing. Unfortunate that the hotel would rather lose a few thousand a year in overnight business stays over a couple bottles of water, but that's their business model I guess."

"This is my second time staying in this place I really like how clean it is , next time hope the weather is good i want to enjoy the pool side looks very clean and maintained, most important for me to keep coming there they have refrigerated and microwave to store your leftover food as other hotel around don’t offer Thank you and to the gentleman that help me on check in he was so nice explaining everything"
