Decent place BUT NO HELP FOR MISTAKES!

Have had multiple good stays here in the past but accidentally booked the wrong date for this trip and the hotel did absolutely NOTHING to help. Directed me to go to hotels.com to get a refund, but they were unable to contact the hotel to get the refund! A good place to stay as long as you don’t mistakenly book the wrong date……..

Needs a bit of updating/renovation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. I like that the hotel and its parking areas are spacious. I like the quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is helpful. I would definitely stay again.

A bare bones large hotel/motel. Adequate for an overnight stay in the area. The desk clerk was polite and helpful. For some reason, there were several additional-to-the-usual forms to fill out; a card with name address telephone #,along with a two page agreement to sign and initial. Not troublesome, just unusual. I told the clerk I wasn't there to buy the place. I'd stay there again if I needed to visit, and the rate was, these days, reasonable. .

The bedsheet was stained. The comforter had holes in it. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. The walls were all scuffed up. One good thing I will say is the shower had good water pressure.

Not worth the price

For a 1 ⭐️ road motel it's Ok I guess. Bathroom was clean and neat. The building is in total disrepair, the rooms have seen better days. Don't believe the pictures, the only real thing about them is the mural behind the bed.

We had two rooms. First room the tub/jet bath combo didn’t work. Only the shower. Showed the front desk. Nothing was done about it. Second night they gave us a different room that the tub spout worked and shower head but the jet tub didn’t. Rooms were clean. That’s about the only good thing I have to say about this hotel

This hotel is in poor condition and not very clean. The outer doors to access the hallway to the rooms are not secure, thankfully the neighborhood is nice so no real worries about security. The exterior to the building is in poor condition. The room itself was ok but the bathroom isn't very nice, shower floor is black, and the mattress is terrible.

No free breakfast as advertised. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke in front of my NON SMOKING ROOM. I was supposed to pay according to my reservation about $440 for 4 nights. The charged my $650.00 for 3 nughts after the unilaterally dropped the 4th night. This totally ruined my plans to visit the Big Apple. I left after one night and went some place else. They still owe me $15.00 for the breakfast I had to buy, since they renigged on the advertised free breakfast. The room itself was OK.

deceptive pictures, never to return

Pros - bed was actually comfortable and ac worked fine Cons - property wasn't locked so anyone could access floor. carpet seemed like it was from the 70s with all accompanying stains did not want to walk barefoot. no mattress pad, stained bedding. couldn't close 'freezer' due to covered in ice, peeling wall paper and holes. shower was a jacoozi which meant to tall for my fiance to get in or workers to clean (when i got the shower on a few debris from previous guests floated to the drain). also soap residue from where previous guest left bar of soap wasn't cleaned. only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, 1 of which i found hair and blood stains (likely from shaving nick not like it was used to adress an actual wound). Overall it feels like management is trying to get by with the bare minimum and their idea of what's acceptable is far away from my own. The kind of place where there's a port which a motel would usually use for guest to leave their car to check in/out but it was occupied by the same car when i checked in vs when I checked out so strongly suspect the owner/management uses it for personal parking.

Honestly it was really nice despite seeing the reviews I loved it! The shower worked really great the ac was really good everything was clean my microwave & fridge worked great & nobody bothered at all it was peaceful , beautiful room.
