"We were there due to a parent in the hospital. They were very accommodating and even printed out pictures for us to give to our father in the hospital. ( he has short term memory loss so he does not remember when we r there)the front desk people we wonderful the managers we wonderful!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!❤️❤️"

"I didn't stay. Prepaid for reservation. Given first key to room that hadn't been cleaned. Given a second key to a room that had someone staying in it. Couldn't stay as they had no clean rooms ready. Asked for refund and was told they couldn't give me all of my refund. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get a receipt. Worst personal experience in all of my travels. Had to go to a Holiday Inn Express down the street and pay for a much higher rate for my two nights. I won't give up on Hotel 6 but I will never stay at the Huntsville site ever again. Expedia needs a better review of offerings before they add a hotel to their list. I need Expedia to help me get all of my money returned to me."

"Breakfast was nice. Staff was great, especially at breakfast. Area had a couple of restaurants. We had dogs and there was a nice area in the back for quick potty breaks "

"Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options for people with various palates. The staff were extremely sweet and helpful, especially the ladies who support the family breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice already and would definitely recommend staying here again. "
