Deposits are BIG!! Room was clean, bed had burn holes but no bedbugs:) The “continental” breakfast was stale muffins, old oranges and some bran. The coffee is okay.

Mediocre

While it was clean, there was no hair dryer, the complimentary breakfast was limited and the pillows were small. Second day there house keeping took all the towels but did not replace any of them. Went to the front desk and was given a stained bath towel but no others. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked.

Everything was decent and worked well. Initially, the remote needed programming but was fixed the next day. Our stay was comfortable and we would return when in Huntsville..

Property is clean and well maintained . All the staff is amazing especially housekeeping and the maintenance man. And the gentleman that works the front desk, he's such a good person. Quiet and by far the nicest safest motel around the area! I'll always recommend this motel

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and near The Orion (we were going to a ball). I forgot to bring scissors to cut the tape I was using and the staff quickly agreed to loan me a pair. The room was clean. The location was ideal as there were plenty of food options nearby. Very pleasant stay.

We have stayed at a lot of different Econo Lodges, all have been pretty nice. The guy at the desk was nice. The bed was comfortable, however, I would not stay at this location again. Hair in the sheets and towels, walls & doors are badly stained, toilet was wobbly, broken dresser drawers ect... Fortunately for them, we just needed to sleep and shower, otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay. had we needed a "nice" place to stay and enjoy? This location was NOT it. Disappointed.

Cheap, dirty, and misleading

I booked a king room well in advance of my trip. When I arrived they told me they had me in a room with a double bed. I told them I booked a king, then they said all they had available was a queen. When we got to the room it was not a queen but they said that’s all they had. The “continental breakfast” consisted of toast, bagels, and watered down apple juice, that’s it! The room was filthy. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

Our original rooms were horrid. Burns in the sheets - the ones without burns were dirty. I reported these issues to the front desk. He was courteous and attempted to contact the cleaning crew. After no response, he moved us to two other rooms that were much cleaner and the rest of our stay was good. The pool is not open as of this date.

Sheets were stained and burned up from it being a smoking room, spider in the bathroom tub & seen about 3 roaches was to discussed to even eat my dinner! Staff was rude my mother ask for sugar for coffee they responded with they didn’t have any other then in the utensils kit pack so she asked for several because not only is the sugar in the kit I could use the utensils and processed to say we can give them out several at a time when I didn’t understand that when there for guest use ?!?! Overall I wouldn’t recommend!
