The first room we were assigned to had a moldy ceiling, stains on the bedspread, dirt in the bed sheets, and a bad smell with complementary bugs that came out of the refrigerator because it had been unplugged. You could also see handprints and splatters of who knows what on the headboard of one of the beds. We were moved to a 2nd room that my husband insisting on seeing before we moved our luggage. This room appeared okay. There were stains on the white bedsheets and towels but you could tell they were stains that needed bleached as opposed to linens that needed to be washed. The beds were comfortable and the A/C kept the room cool as anticipated. At check-in when we asked the staff person what the pool hours were, his response was, "That's a day shift question." The pool was nice, however, you must get towels from the front desk which is at the opposite end of the building as the pool. The room itself only had 2 towels for the guests but maybe that was due to moving rooms. I'm not sure. After swimming, my kids had dripped water everywhere so I used a towel to wipe up the water and the used to be white towel was completely dark brown when I had cleaned up the mess. The tile floor also had shifting planks or was done poorly in the first place. Overall, we survived and we didn't pay a fortune but I don't plan to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The first room my sister and I were booked into the door was not dead bolt locking. The hotel staff did attempt to fix it which actually worsened the problem and you could pull the door open as if it wasn’t latching at all. He advised we just use the upper latch to lock the door, 2 WOMEN STAYING ALONE MIND YOU. I requested a new room which the staff member did provide. Every single sheet/linen had a stain and/or hair on it, we slept on the bath towels. They do not run the AC in the rooms when vacant so it took most of the night for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. I’m not sure how other properties of this chain are but never again at this location for me.

Of course you have to understand that this is an older hotel so therefore it’s a little dated. However it was clean, the breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable. Which is important to us. This is our first stay at a Red Roof Inn and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. The room has a very nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I don’t think you would be disappointed at all. Especially since it’s less expensive than all the nearby hotels. I feel certain we will stay here again in the future.

Over all the stay was okay, however the toilet seat required replacement, door into the room needed to be repaired, it locked but has a gap at the bottom which allowed outside air in to the room. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and loud making it a little difficult to get a decent night rest. Upon entering the room, the floor was excessive slick for a ADA room. A person with a cain or on crutches could have slipped and fell resulting in a possible liability issue for the location. The breakfast bar was not the most appetizing menu. The location advertised a breakfast bar however must of the items were not available as advertised on the weekend. The selection of cereal was extremely limited and contained excessive sugar products. Over all the stay was met with minimum satisfaction.

The hotel is on the older side, however, the room was clean. There were a few stained marks on the bed spread, but it was not dirty. If I want a room that looks brand new, I can pay $100 more and go to the Hampton, which I won’t do. As long as the room is clean and the AC works, I’ll continue to stay

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at, looked as if it had just been updated. Was very quiet and convenient to everything. The staff was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Grandson feet were bleeding when he got out of the pool. I was charged for 2 night stay the first reservation was booked on the wrong date and was told by staff it could not be changed because I booked through this site. So paid for the night I stayed and then had to pay for the original reservation when I want even in the state of Alabama I was back home.

Pool is out of service. Everything was nasty outside inside. Office area smelled horrible. Dead bugs in rooms had 2 rooms had to switch one . But everything is nasty and dirty they don’t wipe anything down . Dust and dirt everywhere. Do not stay here!

We were please with our stay. There was a small hiccup in which the correction couldn’t haven then. So the staff quickly moved our room which actually was a better room. Would return if ever traveling near there again.

Breakfast was better than expected. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cereal and juice. Rooms are in need of maintenance and housekeeping. Toilet wobbled and seat was loose and would shift. Floors were dirty and I did not want to walk without slippers on. Did not see any insects though thank goodness. Area did not feel unsafe.But definitely need to focus on maintenance and housekeeping.
