Very family friendly but that’s not what I was looking for. The beach waterside very shallow at lost 30 cm so perfect for families with kiddos. The music was horrible and loud. Food was mediocre at best. However, rooms were clean, staff are very sweet and it’s convenient and big enough to not feel crowded. A good go to for resort life on a relative budget.

Staff would make sure that we are happy with our stay every day . The head chef was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone in dining area was helpful. Our room was clean every day. Food was good but not Italian restaurant was not filled my expectations.

Nice, big room and bathroom with a view to the sea and everything within walking distance: the beach, the pool and the restaurants. The day activities and the night show were really good. Food has been of very good quality at the main restaurant, and a visit to the 2 a la carte restaurants is recommended. Relaxing on the beach sunbeds and then diving into the warm pool was a bliss. Overall, a great experience!

Too many bad points to make about this hotel. It started off my husband arrived earlier than myself (booking was in my name) and there was a problem with the room, even though Id sent over the confirmation. Unfortunately, Expedia didn't put on my confirmation that I had paid for a seaview so there was a problem with that and only got a pool view which I didnt particularly want. Receptionist was rude to my husband and nephew and refused to give additional key to the room (only 2 were given, there were 3 of us staying). Full of really noisy and spoilt children who were left to run riot everywhere and this was particularly frustrating in the dining room where they were taking food, putting in their mouths and then putting it back on the original serving plate if they didnt like it. They were taking way too much food and then leaving it to waste (on many occasion a family of 3 wasted enough food for 5). The computer in reception area was playing up - no-one could fix it and they couldnt take the names to book a place. This happened 4 days and I dont think it ever got repaired (we were just told to come back in the morning, which we did - same problem). The food was not good at all especailly too salty, I like salt in food but this was on a ridiculous scale, the food was the same thing each day and evening. So many other things wrong but not enough space to put all down.

Chambre très spacieuse, personnel globalement souriant (ne parle pas français), pas d'autres français durant notre séjour. Repas bons. Grande déception sur les fonds marins : pas de poissons ni coraux. Avons néanmoins passé une belle semaine sous le soleil

Belle expérience

Très beau resort, accueil chaleureux. L'hotel est clean, il y a du choix au buffet. Les équipes sont très serviables et font tout pour vous accompagner tout au long de votre séjour. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais c'est pas bien dérangeant car lorsque vous réservez vos activités, le transport A/R à l'hôtel est compris dedans. Pour vos déplacements en centre-ville vous trouverez toujours un taxi (Uber, InDrive ou taxi à la réception).

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Wir waren im November 2024 dort im Urlaub. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, dass man in diesem Hotel mal keine Liegen reservieren muss. Das Einzige, was mich gestört hat, war die laute Musik der Animation am Pool und auch Abends. Das war einfach viel zu laut. Aber ansonsten alles Top. Hotel, Essen, Sauberkeit, Personal, alles wunderbar.
