Situated right between downtown St. George and Zion National Park, Coral Springs Resort is an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore southern Utah in all of its recreation and beauty. Within minutes, you can visit Snow Canyon as well as Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs, or even hike Kannaraville Falls. Coral Springs also offers access to the Grand Canyon without any of the congestion from the larger suburban area of St. George.

Coral Springs Resort is a wonderful vacation rental option featuring interconnecting balconies with privacy doors. The amenities are top notch including; fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court and basketball court. Guests will enjoy indoor and outdoor fireplaces, full kitchens, spacious accommodations, Jacuzzi tubs and laundry room. Garage parking will ensure that your vehicles are safe and out of the hot sun.

This unit faces North which give you a beautiful view of Southern Utah's landscape. Other units face south and which gives you a not so scenic view. Think of the north view as the ocean view and the south view as the lagoon view.

This unit is located on a very quiet part of building A. It's one building away from the pool which relieves you of dealing with the hassle of the pool noise. You're on vacation, reward yourself and rest!

The patio is secluded and has two entry ways. There is plenty of space for you and your family to relax by the patio fireplace and grill your favorite meal.

Great space but hot

Everything was great except the air conditioner. It never got below 85 degrees even with all the fans running. We followed directions & never set temperatures below 73 degrees. This may need checked by maintenance.

Great Stay

Second time renting in these condos. Was really nice before anyone knew about them. A lot of kids in the pool. Was nice a year ago to have it to ourselves. But....good for you!

Great condo!

The condo was lovely and the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides offer a lot of privacy. The entire unit was very clean and there were plenty of consumables like trash bags, dishwasher pods, and paper towels. We enjoyed the balcony with the fireplace and comfy reclining chairs. The only issue was the bedrooms were pretty hot and stuffy at night. We turned the thermostat as low as the sign said we could (73) but even with the ceiling fans we were pretty warm.

Spring break getaway

We stayed here for spring break. Overall it was fun, the house was nice, and the pools were great! We thought it slept 8 going into it but when we got there we realized it really only sleeps 6 comfortably in beds. The bunk beds were not great and we had to use the blow up mattress which kept going flat. Overall we had a good trip but definitely needed a bit more space as far as sleeping went. Thanks for the stay!

Who knows??

We didn’t get to stay here. The guests who stayed before us left it in poor condition to where repairs had to be made. Our reservation was canceled at 9:00 PM the night before we were supposed to check in. This is not the fault of the property owner. RESPECT THE PROPERTIES YOU STAY AT! Our vacation was turned upside down!!!

Very nice condo for the price. Pretty clean. Could use more than one kitchen towel and one kitchen rag. Coffee pot needs replacing. It has to be turned off and on 5 times to brew one pot. Over all very nice. We'd recommend and stay there again!

Easy access and beautiful pool

Very nice place. Right off the highway and only a 5 min drive to downtown Hurricane. Easy access to mountain biking routes, Sleepy Hollow state park (awesome lake!) and convenience store and restaurant right there. Kids loved the bunk beds and games and the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay here again! Owner was good with contact and making sure things were going well.

Very spacious and clean

Tv in master bedroom did not work, kitchen cabinet face fell off, Owner stated to call maintenance for the issue, no one responded to our voice mail. Best equipped kitchen we experienced. Decor was nice. Gas fireplaces worked. Good showers and hot water. Good central location. Close to pool and hot tub. Convenient parking.

Great Location

This property had everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and everything was exactly as advertised. Clean and well stocked, we cooked in every night and even relaxed in the hot tub, pool area one night. It was the perfect spot for us. Midway between St George, Zion, Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon. We were all over the place, so it was perfect for us. Seemed to be a slower time for the area which was even better!

National Park Tour

We picked this property based on it's proximity to hikes we had planned on doing in the area. The location made the commute to the parks and golf courses extremely easy and convenient. The property itself was very nice and extremely comfortable, with plenty of room and comfortable bed- it felt like home. Loved the design and privacy of the outdoor patio with a fireplace. Rudy was very attentive, accessible, and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great base for visiting Zion!

This location was only 40 minutes from Zion visitor center. Allowed for easy access to Kolob Canyon as well. Property was comfortable and clean. Our only problem was that we arrived after dark and the building numbers are not lit nor are there signs. We had a hard time finding our building but once we did everything was great! Would highly recommend this property!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor fire place was nice on the cool nights. We would book again when in Hurricane.

Great location and family oriented

We visited with our teenagers and enjoyed the location, the kids used the pool and tennis courts, the scenery was beautiful and it was not far from some very nice hikes at Zion and State Parks.

Great condo in a great location!

Rudy’s condo was a perfect location for our visit! Located a 30 minute drive from Zion, and close to St. George, the condo is situated close to many activities but away from the traffic and crowds of the “touristy” areas. Upon arrival, the spacious unit was extremely clean and ready for us, with a handy guidebook of local restaurants and activities. The complex includes both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as an excercise facility, tennis court, and basketball court. Perfect for families with younger children and teens. The included pool towels were much appreciated!

Perfect place!

Perfect place for our Zion hiking trip. The location is great, away from the craziness of Zion but not too far away. We used the pool and hot tub after a long hike and it was a great time. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and for the most part it was great. However, none of the tv's worked correctly and after hiking all day we would have liked to enjoy some down time watching tv. The on-site maintenance person was awesome though! We called him twice and he was there immediately both times. While he couldn't fix the problem entirely, he did get the tv's to a point where they would work for us. We were very grateful for his assistance.
