"Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The second bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. There was a large daily charge for parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. This was disappointing because we chose this particular hotel because it had parking included."

"The property was secluded, tucked into a quiet university neighborhood. Food was walkable distance. The hot tub was a wonderful outdoors experience, and the shower inside was huge and a definite selling point. We took a short walk to see fireflies on a beautiful night and felt very safe. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Downtown sites were a 10-15 min drive. Would certainly recommend."

"The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived! They had anything and everything we needed for our stay, even most streaming services on the tv’s had a “guest” option we could click in to, to watch our favorite shows! I highly recommend this location and space to anyone traveling to Tulsa or the surrounding area! There was a moment when our WiFi stopped working and within a couple minutes I was on the phone with one of the owners and they got everything straightened out and working! Communication was great and overall everything went as smooth as it could have! We will stay again, given the chance!"

"Such a quaint little stay. I very much enjoyed the location and the house. I was able to cook a full breakfast and dinner in the house. It was the perfect little stay for me to visit with my daughter who lived less than five minutes away. The location was very convenient. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you for the little soaps! Everything was great. The only thing I would say is that there were a lot of plug-in air fresheners, so maybe if you’re sensitive to that like I am, you might want to request they take a few of them out of the walls before your arrival. Overall, I am very happy with the stay and everything was great!"

"The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of the owner. We always follow instructions and leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Sorry, but I am being honest about the house."
