The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water for showers was lovely and warm. We also had a lovely outside balcony area. On arrival, Mr Teo was waiting to greet us and he gave us maps and told us about places worth visiting, which was much appreciated. A nice place to stay, away from the busy town centre but easily walkable in 15 minutes.

It’s a pretty good hike up from the harbour … with great access to the roads for exploring the island. We rented a scooter steps away and had a great time.

Charming Room with Balcony

Our room was clean and came with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. Our host, Teo, met us and explained the room features and also provided restaurant recommendations and directions to popular sites to visit. We received a welcome gift, completely unexpected. The room had A/C which was most appreciated.

Pros; Nice owner, good value, close to town. Room size as expected and clean. Air conditioner worked great. The only thing I think could be improved are the quality of the bed sheets and the bath towels.

Located above old town Hvar. Steps uphill from the ferry dock. If you have a lot of luggage, you may need a taxi. If traveling light, it's a pleasant adventure up the steps.

Teo was a wonderful host. His communication was immediate and upon arrival he gave us a map and outlined many recommendations on the island. The suite was clean with a comfortable bed and a beautiful deck with a partial view. It was about 10 minutes to the main square. Hvar is beautiful!

Teo was an unbelievable host. Immediately upon our arrival he welcomed my girlfriend and I with open arms, recommendations in the area, and a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend Teo and the apartment to anyone who is staying in old town Hvar. The apartment was clean, convenient, and comfortable for two. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Cute apartment with a spacious patio equipped with chairs, a coffee table, hanging rack, as well as a floatie and beach umbrella. Very clean, tidy, and comes with everything you need and more. However, the real gem of this spot is actually the host. Téo is the epitome of hospitality. Very caring man who sat us down upon arrival and gave us thorough rundown on where the best beaches and restaurants were, along with spots that "play real, old-school music. Not the electronic". When we checked out, he even gave us a heads up on roads to watch out for when driving. Honestly, I'm a little antisocial and don't really need to be besties with my host. Even so, I was so touched by what a stand up guy he was and have to say he truly helped make our stay in Hvar an amazing one.

Great place!

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was spacious, light, the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoors patio with table and chairs was nice. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. Everything you could want for the stay was provided and Teo was an excellent and friendly host! We really enjoyed our time there.

Our apartment was exactly as advertised with a small kitchen area and functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to have a balcony or choose to sit outside in the shared garden area. What really made our stay extra special was the service we received from Teo's wife while we were there...... Exceptional!!

Our stay was amazing!

Mr. Teo was already waiting for us at the front gate when we arrived. We had a designated parking space in front of the house so it was very convenient. Mr. Teo was super nice and shared with us lots of useful information. The apartment was cozy and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. There is also a court yard outside our apartment with a big table and chairs so we were able to enjoy our cold beverages there in the afternoon or evening. Restaurants, shops, and major attractions are all within a few minutes walk so you really don't need to drive your car around. We had a great time in Havr thanks to Apartmani Teo. I highly recommend it.

Teo is a gem. He drew us a map of 2 different routes to get to his place but unfortunately we got lost and had to lug our suitcases up winding hills and streets. If you follow a map better than we can, you should be fine, but the location might not be the best for everyone since a majority of the walk from the port and city center is uphill or up many stone steps. Once we found the place, Teo greeted us and showed us our room, then gave us a general overview of the areas, drawing us a map with his recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, and the only complaint I have is that the hot water shut off after about 5 minutes of the shower. Teo also allowed us to store our luggage with him after we checked out for no extra cost. He lives below the rooms, so he is accessible if you need beach towels, have questions, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully we will come back in the future! Thanks Teo!
