My only big complaint was my non-working ice machine, which having a lounge on your floor DEFINITELY helps, and the free snacks and beverages, all pluses in my book. A special shout out to Soren, who even after my stay, continued to provide exemplary customer service! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
