"We stayed here for my mother in laws memorial services. My husband was treated quite poorly at this hotel. No one would help get Internet working, we had no towels at the pool, the hot tub was broken but not mentioned online and we had 3 towels in our room meant for 6 people. We had 5 in our group and the manager said guests in that room were allotted 3 towels. My husband insisted and begrudgingly she handed over 2 more towels. Our last morning - the day after the funeral - the very few breakfast items they had were awful - no waffle batter, muffins that looks like someone sat on them, "fried" eggs that were thawed and microwaved and lunchmeat ham someone probably also microwaved. Awful. Our biggest issue was the manager who talked to my husband like he was an idiot (he's IT and couldn't get the Internet working). She has no idea why someone is there and should be a little kinder when talking to people. The housekeeping staff was lovely. "

"Room was new, clean and comfortable. The front desk team is outstanding. Shout out to Dee; what a treasure. They had an Easter event while I stayed here with food trucks and it was a good time. "

"The managers were rarely present. Often hiding in their car. The photos do not represent the quality of the rooms or property at all. The office is not in that lovely lobby. In fact that lobby doesnt exists. The office is in a gutted hotel room. And filthy. The floors in the room were so filthy my feet were almost black. The floor at the entrance is caving in and covered with a rug. The bedding was filled with sand. The property has a ton of less desirable people. We watched 2 ghetto fights and at one point the place looked raided by 6 cop cars. The tv didnt work and the guy acted like i was unreasonable for asking for help. It needed to be on hdmi. Why would i assume that? All in all booking this room was a mistake. "

"Great place to stop on our travels up north. Easy access to the highway. The rooms have been completely redone except for the original bathroom/shower part, and are clean and modern with the LVP flooring and modern furniture. There was no smell despite it being an older building. The pool area was in great condition too. The breakfast was a bit meager, but that didn't bother us. "

"The staff was respectful and helpful but the rooms stinks of sigarets smoke had to change rooms 3 times and all ove them were in the same condition the last one was less. In the pool was no towels . "

It was super clean, spacious and very easy to find. I will be recommending this property to all of my out of town customers. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable and convenient house. The big fenced yard was so nice for our pups. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We hope to come back next year. "
