"Very convenient option to be in the middle of Bs As. Great 1bed 1 bath option for 3, unit comfy and impecable. Only downside was the quality of the bed sheets, truly bad, ripped and unfit for the beds, please take care of that for an outstanding stay. We will definitely be back 👍"

"I had a fantastic stay at Fliphaus Ravignani. This was my 3rd time in Buenos Aires and I chose this rental for its location and I was very happy. It's located close to dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Buenos Aires."

"What a wonderful property! All the staff were fabulous, kind and professional. The room was quite large with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed and great climate control. The area near the hotel was very walkable and safe. Excellent cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our only caveat was that the WiFi/internet was very inconsistent. It would drop your connection every few minutes and often the signal could not open most websites or the smart TV in the room. Annoying. The staff said it was not our room but the whole building, including the front desk computer. "
