"Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well. "

"Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. "

"We had a brilliant stay at this hotel!
The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome!
The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow.
We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow. "

"Lovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic.
Also Very helpful with my parents who both have wheelchairs."

"This was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Kraków!"

"i stayed this hotel for three nights and i really like it. the location is good, easy to access from the airport and working distance to the main market. the room had cleaning service everyday. breakfast menu doesn't change at all but it was okay"

"Ruhig gelegen und gute Zimmer. Housekeeping was nett und gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich.
Leider sind die Fitnessgeräte veraltet und funktionieren teilweise nicht.
Das Restaurant hat gute Qualität, ist aber gegenüber der Umgebung zu teuer. Leider war das Personal überfordert, hat alle Gäste in eine laute Ecke gesetzt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen.
Hotel und Frühstück super, Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen. "

"Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. "This is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent. "Very friendly service personnel. Breakfast was fabulous - a variety of choices, very fresh ingredients. Location-wise it’s not as crowded as in the old town, but also not far away - by foot or by bolt is old town easily reachable."
