This is just a charming, upscale, boutique hotel with some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered anywhere. So close to the castle and the town Square and so many restaurant options, including a Michelin listed restaurant within the hotel itself.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were very good and had excellent options. The rooms and en-suites were a very good size and decorated to a high standard. Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well.
